These terms govern your use of the DriverWing platform, including the admin panel, the driver app and this website. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

• Platform: the DriverWing software, all its components and updates.
• Company: the business that contracts with us to use the platform for its branches and drivers.
• User: anyone who signs in with an account created by the company — managers, supervisors, cashiers, call-center staff and drivers.
• Driver: a user who uses the driver app to carry out deliveries.
• Customer: the person an order is delivered to.

• The company creates its users’ accounts and sets their roles and permissions.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify the company or us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts may not be shared with, or used by, anyone else.

• Location permission must stay enabled during the shift for the platform to work correctly.
• Safety first: only handle the phone while driving in a safe and lawful way, and obey traffic laws at all times.
• Time and route estimates are guidance only; the driver remains responsible for choosing a safe and legal route.
• Mock-location apps or any means of manipulating data are prohibited; the system detects this and reports it to management.

You must not:

• Try to access data or sections you are not authorized to see.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, disrupt or bypass the security of the app or platform.
• Enter false or misleading data, or use the platform for any unlawful activity.
• Abuse customers or colleagues, or use customer data for anything other than delivery.

• Having the legal basis required to process the data of its drivers, staff and customers, and informing them of it.
• The accuracy of the data it enters, including customer details and addresses.
• Setting and reviewing incentive, deduction and branch-zone policies; the platform applies these policies but does not set them.
• The relationship between the company and its drivers is independent; DriverWing is not a party to it and is not the employer of any driver.

The platform, its design, logo and software belong to DriverWing and are protected by law. The company and its users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the term of the contract. The data the company enters belongs to the company, which may obtain a copy at any time.

Fees, subscription term and payment method are set out in the separate agreement with each company. Drivers pay nothing to use the app.

We aim to keep the platform continuously available, but it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We release regular updates that may add or change features, and we take care not to disrupt core functions.

The platform is provided “as is”. Location accuracy depends on the driver’s phone, GPS signal and network, and maps and routes rely on external services. DriverWing is not responsible for traffic accidents, delayed orders, or the company’s decisions regarding its staff.

To the extent permitted by law, DriverWing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform. Its total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the company in the three months preceding the claim.

The company may suspend or delete any of its users’ accounts at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform’s security. When the contract ends, the company receives a copy of its data, which is then deleted from the server at its request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may amend these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept it.
