1ما الذي يُحذف؟What is deleted

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، واسم المستخدم، وكلمة المرور.
  • سجل الموقع (نقاط GPS) المرتبط بحسابك.
  • بيانات الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات.
  • طلبات الإجازة والرسائل والإعدادات الشخصية.
  • Account data: name, phone number, username and password.
  • Location history (GPS points) linked to your account.
  • Device data and push-notification token.
  • Leave requests, messages and personal settings.

2ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به ولماذا؟What may be kept, and why

  • قد تحتفظ الشركة التي تعمل معها بسجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية المرتبطة بها (مثل الحوافز والخصومات) للمدة التي يفرضها القانون لأغراض المحاسبة فقط.
  • سجلات الأمان تُحذف تلقائيًا خلال 30 يومًا.
  • النسخ الاحتياطية تُستبدل دوريًا، فتزول منها البيانات المحذوفة مع دورة تحديثها.
  • The company you work with may keep order records and related financial entries (such as incentives and deductions) for the period required by law, for accounting purposes only.
  • Security logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
  • Backups are rotated regularly, so deleted data disappears from them as they are replaced.

We verify and complete the request within 30 days at most from receipt, and send you an email confirmation when it is done.

4حذف جزئي دون حذف الحسابPartial deletion without closing the account

يمكنك طلب حذف سجل موقعك فقط مع الإبقاء على حسابك، باختيار ذلك في رسالة الطلب.

حذف التطبيق من هاتفك لا يحذف حسابك أو بياناتك. استخدم أحد الطريقتين أعلاه.

You can ask to delete only your location history while keeping your account, by choosing that option in your request.

Uninstalling the app from your phone does not delete your account or data. Use one of the two methods above.
